The software products division, OnDemand Software, is a leading provider of software solutions that enable rapid adoption, broad acceptance, and increased accuracy in the use of enterprise applications. Founded in 1995, Global Knowledge employs more than 800 people worldwide and is headquartered in Cary, North Carolina. The company is owned by New York-based investment firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe.
